have been thinking about what I shall have on the stall when we are out of lockdown . . . so made these vegan fruit custard tarts . . . they'll be showing an appearance to purchase when the Hove Monthly Local Market takes place . . .

Trying out new flavours and recipes takes time, so it is always good when I create a product that customers love and come back to purchase more.

these spinach, potato, cumin & paprika filo parcels are a hit whenever I have them on the stall.  No sooner do I have them out, then they're gone, with repeat customers coming in first to nab them.

Thank you to all those who came to the first market of 2020 and purchased my lovingly-made vegan food. 

New products and items were available, along with the usual vhicken & mushroom pie and vheese & onion bake.
